Originails Salon Policy: Code of Conduct & Disruptive Behavior
At Originails, we are dedicated to providing a relaxing, safe, and professional environment for both our clients and our team. To ensure everyone enjoys their time with us, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
By booking an appointment or entering our salon, clients agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:
1. Definition of Disruptive Behavior
Disruptive behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Verbal Abuse: Swearing, yelling, using racial/discriminatory slurs, or making personal insults directed at staff or other clients.
Intoxication: Arriving under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. For safety reasons, we cannot perform precise nail services on impaired individuals.
Physical Aggression: Aggressive gestures, slamming objects, or any form of unwanted physical contact.
Excessive Noise: Playing loud audio on personal devices without headphones, or engaging in loud, disruptive phone conversations.
Harassment: Continued inappropriate comments, advances, or bullying behavior.
2. Our Right to Refuse Service
Our technicians are highly skilled professionals who deserve a respectful workplace. Originails reserves the right to refuse service, half ongoing service, or ask a client to leave the premises immediately if their behavior violates this policy.
3. Service Halt & Payment Procedures
If a service must be stopped mid-appointment due to disruptive behavior:
The client will be asked to leave immediately.
The client remains responsible for paying for the portion of the service completed up to that point.
Depending on the severity of the disruption, Originails reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booked service to the card on file.
4. Future Bookings & Bans
First-Time/Minor Infractions: The client may receive a formal warning. Future bookings may require a non-refundable 100% deposit.
Severe/Repeat Infractions: The client will be permanently banned from Originails. All future appointments will be canceled, and online booking privileges will be revoked.
5. Children and Accompanying Guests
To maintain a peaceful environment and ensure safety around sharp tools and chemicals, we ask that clients do not bring unsupervised children or extra guests to their appointments. If a guest or child becomes highly disruptive, the client may be asked to reschedule, and standard cancellation fees will apply.
